Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the many social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric exams.
In the 724 156 full-time learners who registered to the National Senior Certification (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% of the registered pupils inside the education and learning sector.
These learners realized a commendable pass rate of 86%.
